EmpowerLA is a service of the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment. Since its establishment in 1999, the Los Angeles Department of Neighborhood Empowerment has grown into the nation’s largest and most innovative initiative in civic engagement and citizen-based government. Through a network of 96 Neighborhood Councils, the City promotes public participation in government and works to improve government responsiveness to local concerns.     WE definitely need to fix the sidewalk square with leaning trees which is an eye sore on this Terra Bella street South of Foothill near the second complex. I bet you won’t find this in Westwood area

    We definitely need an overpass at Overland Ave. It’s amazing to me that somehow this was overlooked.
